It was just an excellent fit for a weekend break in Columbus with good value for money. The valet service was quick and made my arrival so much easier after a long drive. Make sure to check the parking fees before you arrive to avoid surprises.

missingWrote a review on Oct 02convenient locationpoor valet servicedeceptive fees
Convenient location near shops and restaurants.
I was frustrated by the valet service. We paid an extra fee for valet, yet both times we had to walk to the parking lot to retrieve our car ourselves. It seems pointless to pay $37 for such poor service, which felt deceptive and annoying.

The King Room was really cute and had a fantastic decor. It was clean and well-stocked, especially the bathroom, which was awesome. Not super spacious like some places, but the design made up for that. Great vibe overall!

Had a fantastic time enjoying the comfy king room and the modern bathroom setup during my stay. The hotel offered some nice relaxation opportunities like a heated pool and a cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, the parking is pretty pricey, so it’s worth looking for alternatives nearby! 😊

We had an awesome stay with friends! The location is perfect for checking out the Art Institute and the Museum of Science and Industry. Rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. Just be aware that breakfast was a bit slow, but overall, a great spot to stay.
The only downside was that the breakfast service was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating when we were in a hurry.

The location was perfect for our family visit, with plenty of nearby activities. The kids especially loved the cozy atmosphere and how the hotel was pet-friendly, making it easy to enjoy our stay. The decor was also vintage-inspired, adding a charming touch.
My children wanted a larger room since we needed more space for our bags and gear. It would be great if they could offer family suites to accommodate larger groups comfortably.

Paid for valet but cars weren't parked. Just unlocked the door twice!!! Honestly, why even have valet service if it's just a glorified key drop? !!! The parking fees are also quite steep, better options exist!!!
